4.1. All funds deposited into your toto121 wallet are denominated and maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). toto121 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and cryptocurrency, subject to availability at the time of deposit.
4.2. Deposits are credited to your wallet promptly upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. toto121 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3. Withdrawals are subject to completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. toto121 reserves the right to request identity documentation — including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal request.
